Dear Friend of the Humane Society;

On Saturday, the 8^th of November 2008, the Humane Society of Marion County will hold the fifth

annual cars/ trucks/ bikes and crafts show at the McPherson County Complex on 25^th Avenue in Ocala, Florida.

As in past years, we are planning this as a family and pet friendly event where the best in all categories of vehicles will be on display. We will have music, food, vendors, activities and entertainment throughout the day. Pet contests will be held for all our furry friends.

Last year’s event was a resounding success. There were over 130 cars registered for judging and over 50 vendors and crafts artists participating. Best of all, there were thousands that attended with their families and pets. This year we expect this to be even bigger and better.

We are asking you to be a participant by becoming a sponsor. In so doing, you will be helping the thousands of unwanted and abused animals that are entrusted to our care. The Humane Society relies solely on special events such as Hot Dogs & Cool Cats and donations from individuals to help us keep our doors open to provide the food, shelter and medical care needed for these special animals.

As a sponsor, you will receive recognition in media coverage as well as being listed on our website and the Humane Society newsletter. Ads will be featured in the Star Banner and other Florida community newspapers two weeks before the event and online promotions up to one month prior to the event. Sponsorship categories are as follows:

Community Partner: $5,000

Partnership will include a featured logo in all ad promotions and will have special extended display

space at the event.

Diamond Sponsor: $2,500

Sponsorship includes the printed name in this category in all ad promotions and additional display

space at the event.

Gold Sponsorship: $1,000

Sponsorship includes the printed name in this category in all ad promotions and two display

spaces at the event.

Silver Sponsorship: $500

Sponsorship includes the printed name in this category in all ad promotions and a display space

at the event.
